Goal Orientation and Self-Regulation of Job Readiness

This study aims to determine the effect of goal orientation and self-regulation on job readiness. research method uses a quantitative approach. The subjects this were 82 students Faculty Medicine, University Mulawarman who selected using simple random sampling technique. data collection is by scale readiness, self-regulation. analysis technique used multiple linear regression. collected was analyzed with help Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 22.0 windows program. results showed that: (1) there significant readiness calculated F value = 39,164 > table 3.11 p 0.000 had an influence contribution (R2) )of 49.8%; (2) positive coefficient beta (β)= 0.464, t count 4.426 1.990, (p < 0.05); (3) (β) 0.310, 2.954 0.004 0.05).
